Hello, my name is David J Baker of Winona Lake, I lived in Kosciusko County for 25 years. Growing up in Elkhart County. Attending Jimtown Community Schools and graduating from North Ridge High School. I am a veteran of the US Army Obtaining an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Mid America College of Funeral Services. I got my start in the funeral business working for Gary Eastlund for a few years and then decided this was my path to a calling to serve the reason I was born. I have been a Licensed Funeral Director since 2000 working for McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels for 20 plus years, I also was a part of the Kosciusko County Coroners for numerous years under John Sadler, Larry Ladd, Mike Wilson and Tony Cireillo. I have deep compassion and empathy for our families, especially at the time of a family’s most emotional and need of guidance. I am married to my lovely wife Rita (Klug) who also has been a part of this community graduating from Warsaw High School I have two sons, one in Tucson, AZ with my two granddaughters, and a son in Mishawaka, IN also with a granddaughter.

Caryn Durski grew up in Mishawaka and currently lives in Plymouth, Indiana. She has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer for 13 years, starting at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home in Plymouth, and for the past four years serving Warsaw and the surrounding areas at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels. Being a funeral director is her passion and she hopes it shows. She takes joy in being able to be there for the families when they are most vulnerable and hurting, and having the opportunity to be able to walk alongside them with empathy, sympathy and guidance. She is happily married to Joe and they have three children: Neala 8, Orrin 6 and Nolin 3. They are members of St. Michael Catholic Church in Plymouth. She spends free time juggling her kids’ sporting activities, cheering on Notre Dame Football and being with family all she can.
