Wheeler Shepherd, 77, of Pierceton, Indiana, died on 3/23/2009 at 12:15 PM at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on October 15, 1931 in Pyramid, Kentucky. Wheeler was born to Abe and Sallie (Stephens) Shepherd. Wheeler was retired from The Dalton Foundries, Warsaw, Indiana. He is survived by his loving family including:Wife-Bonnie B. (Click) Shepherd-Warsaw, Indiana; Four sisters-Elizabeth Shepherd and Rebecca Shepherd of David, Kentucky; Dona Turner and Margaret Mae Tussey of Blue River, Kentucky. Wheeler was preceded by two sisters-Allie Shepherd and Bertie Mae Shepherd and five brothers- Archer, Arvel, A.L., William and William Harrison Shepherd.Wheeler proudly and faithfuly served our country and citizens in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Clergyman Jerry Manns and other clergy will officate the service. Mc Hatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, Indiana was entrusted to care for local arrangements by the Shepherd Family. Services will be held at Hall Funeral Home Highway 80 and Junction 122 P.O. Box 868 Martin, Kentucky, 41649 on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 11:00 AM.
