Wanda L. Swain

Wanda Lee Swain, age 82 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 8:15 AM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born on October 14, 1928 in New Castle, IN. to Eldon W. and Mildred (Holloway) Moore. She was a graduate of Anderson High School. She married Francis E. Swain on June 3, 1947 in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. She has been a residence of New Castle, Anderson, Chesterfield and Warsaw, IN. As a manager, she retired from Vore Cinema Corporation, Warsaw. She was a member of First Christian Church, Warsaw.Wanda is survived by a daughter Dona Hall of Warsaw; a son Patrick M. (and spouse Trudie G.) Swain of Warsaw; daughter in law Della M. Swain of Warsaw; Granddaughters Christy L. Coonce of Warsaw; Michelle Barrand of Ft. Wayne; grandsons Kenneth Swain of Warsaw; Joseph Coonce of Washington State; granddaughter Rachael Chalmers of Warsaw; grandsons Travis A. Swain of Columbus, OH; Jeremy W. Fisher of Warsaw; granddaughter Jessica D. Fisher of Bloomington, IN and a brother Richard Moore of Milford, IN. She is preceded in death by her husband Francis Swain; 2 sons Kenneth E. Swain of Warsaw and Joseph M. Swain of North Vernon, IN; Wanda loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.Calling will be on Saturday, April 7, 2012 from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
