Vivian Mitchell,79 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 5:18 a.m. in her residence.She was born on June 2, 1931 in Pierceton, Indiana to Noble and Faye H. (Shoemaker) Hedington.Vivian married Harold D. Mitchell on June 19, 1949 in Larwill, Indiana.She worked for Korth Furniture of Warsaw and Winona Corporation of Winona Lake, Indiana She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.Vivian is survived by her son, Mike E. (and spouse Randy Sue) Mitchell of Pierceton, Indiana .Two daughters, Sandra (and spouse Bryan) Martin of Columbia City, Indiana andDebra J. Parker of Pierceton, Indiana. A sister, Peggy Holmes of Warsaw, IndianaSix GrandchildrenFive Great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her brother. Visitation will be Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (2 hours prior to the service) at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel-Pierceton.The services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel- Pierceton on Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Burial will be in Washington-Union Cemetery, Pierceton, Indiana Chaplain Bob Jarboe (of Kosciusko Home Care Hospice Inc.) will conduct the services.
