Viva J. Wolfe

Viva J. Wolfe, 76 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 1:14 am Thursday, October 3, 2013 in Grace Village Healthcare Center, Winona Lake, Indiana. On December 15, 1936, she was born in Warsaw to Howard and Edith (Foltz) LaFollette. Viva was a lifelong resident of Warsaw. She worked for G.T.I. and then Flint Ink, Warsaw where she retired. She was a member of Warsaw Community Church, where she was active in volunteer activities including working with the poor in Guatemala. Viva is survived by four children, Michael Douglas LaFollette, Granger; Jody Lyn Brown Castillo, Lexington, Virginia; Terri Kay Brown Mitchell, Warsaw and Mark Allen Wolfe, Warsaw. She was also survived by two sisters, Annette Stump, Pierceton and Rose Powers, Arizona; her brother, Robert LaFollette, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and one brother. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am Monday, October 7, 2013 at Warsaw Community Church with Pastor Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 1:00 – 5:00 pm Sunday, October 6, 2013 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
