Virginia Surguy

Virginia (Hubbard) Surguy, age 95, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 10:36 PM Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in her residence. She was born on February 4, 1923 in Talma, Indiana to Roy and Lois (Arter) Hubbard. She was united in marriage to Rollie Surguy who preceded her in death in 1990. A lifetime resident of the area she retired from Lake City Bank. She loved her family life and enjoyed sports, especially the NBA and Alabama Football. She is survived by her daughter; Jill Goldblatt of Birmingham, Alabama, grandchildren; Amber (spouse Scott) Warren of Warsaw, Derek (spouse Laura) Shroyer of Kansas City, Kansas, Kyle (spouse Ashley) Shroyer of Birmingham, Alabama along with 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband, daughter; Jean Anne Rutledge, sister; Bonnie Shafer and a brother; Ted Hubbard. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 12, 2019 also in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating.
