She was born June 22, 1954 in Martin, Kentucky to Fonzo and Sophia (Conn) Crum. She was formerly of Warsaw, IN and was homemaker. She was united in marriage to Marvin Collins in Martin, KY on October 28, 1967. Her husband Marvin Collins of Warsaw, IN; a daughter Krissi Enyart of Fort Wayne, IN; 6 brothers; 6 sisters and 3 grandchildren survive her. Services are scheduled for Monday December 31, 2012 at 12:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. Calling hours are scheduled for 10:00 Am to 12:00 PM on Monday. Pastor Junior Arnett will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw, IN.
