Tyler S. Boocher

Tyler S. Boocher, 20 of Leesburg, Indiana passed away Tuesday September 29, 2015 at 6:49 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born November 19, 1994 to Todd and Kim (Brock) Boocher in Warsaw, Indiana. Tyler was a musician and enjoyed playing the guitar and drums. He also enjoyed camping, canoeing and being outdoors. He is survived by his mother, Kim (and spouse Joe) McFarlan of Klamath Falls, Oregon; His father Todd (and spouse Amy) Boocher of Morgantown, Kentucky; two sisters, Robyn and Emily McFarlan; Maternal grandparents, Rob (and spouse Kathy) Vermillion of Leesburg, Indiana; Paternal grandfather Mike Boocher of Etna Green, Indiana; Maternal Great grandparents Jake and Sylvia Hostetler. Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Jean Boocher. A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana with Pastor Rick Cooper officiating.
