Tommie E. Reffitt

Tommie E. “Gorman” Reffitt, age 77, of Pierceton, Indiana passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 10:16 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born on July 17, 1941 to Jimmie and Lisha (Ousley) Reffitt in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Tommie was a foreman for Chore-Time for 34 years. He was a member of Lighthouse Ministries, Trinity Faith Ministries and New Life Christian Church & World Outreach. Tommie enjoyed Southern gospel music and helping others. He cherished his children and grandchildren. He is survived by daughter: Reba (spouse Jamy) Gregory, of Pierceton, IN; son: Dale Reffitt, of Warsaw, IN; sister: Juanita (spouse Paul) Bradford, of Silver Lake, IN; brother: Ray Reffitt, of Pierceton, IN; four grandchildren: Jordan Gregory, of Marietta, GA; Jalen Gregory, of Lakewood, CO; Jasmine Gregory, of Pierceton, IN; Jayda Gregory, of Pierceton, IN. He was preceded in death by both parents; sister: Marie Baldridge, of Sidney, IN; brother: Corbin Reffitt, of Warsaw, IN. Visitation hours are scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2019 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. His Funeral Service will also be on Monday at 1:00 p.m. in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Terry Bradford, Jamy Gregory, and Jeff Pfeifer officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, IN.
