Thomas Swartz

Thomas W. “Tom” Swartz, 80, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw.

Tom was born in Kendallville, Indiana on April 14, 1943 to Thomas W. and June (Mullen) Swartz.

In the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw, Tom married Sharon (Zorn) Breeden on October 21, 2000.

Tom was the manager for the truck division at Lakeside Chevrolet. He also worked for R-Vision in Warsaw for 10 years. When he retired, Tom mowed the golf course at Little Big Horn. He volunteered his time at Kosciusko Community Hospital and enjoyed all the people he was able to meet through the years. He attended Warsaw Community Church and loved cuddling with his cats, Cali and Corky.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Swartz of Atwood; sons: Kyle (Sherry) Swartz of Pierceton, Ken (Shalia) Swartz of North Webster, Steven (Deea) Breeden of Warsaw and Brian (Christina) Breeden of Warsaw; daughters: Gale (Mike) Miller of Milford, Jennifer (Tony) Hutchens of Cleveland, TX and Kari (Thad) Horton of Cypress, TX; 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation only will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 10-12 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw.

Private burial in the Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg.
