Thomas E. Rickard

Thomas E. Rickard, age 62, of Pierceton, Indiana passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 7:23 PM in Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, IN. He was born April 7, 1951 in South Bend, IN to David and Marilynn (Becker) Rickard. He was employed by Memorial Hospital of South Bend for 22 years where he performed Janitorial duties. He has been a resident of Ridinger Lake, Pierceton for the past 15 years. He was of Mormon Faith. Thomas is survived by his mother of Pierceton; 1 son Scott Rickard of South Bend; 1 daughter Stacy Rickard of Dowagiac, MI; 2 brothers Edward (and spouse Endora) Rickard and Al Baltes both of South Bend; 1 sister Kathy White (and spouse Stephen Eppley) of Elkhart, IN. and 6 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his father. There will be no service.Calling will be on Monday October 28, 2013 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel- PIERCETON, IN. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph Memorial Valley Park, Granger, IN..
