Terry L. Walters

Terry L. Walters, age 65, of Warsaw, IN passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in his residence. He was born September 17, 1955 in Paintsville, KY to Gene and Patricia (Miller) Walters. Terry was united in marriage to Michele Meredith on August 10, 1985 in Warsaw, IN. He attended Johnson County High School in Paintsville and received his Electrician Certificate from the Dale Carnegie Training Course in 2006. Terry was employed by Fairmont Homes as an Electrician where he achieved 27 years of service and retired in 2009. Survivors include his wife Michele Walters, Warsaw, children Foster (Nicole) Dutton of East Point, KY, Lisa Hoppus, Warsaw, Desiree (Lucas) Schwartz, Warsaw and Larissa (Christopher) Vande Hei, Warsaw. In addition, siblings Leslie Golden, Carmen Fraley, Tami Spencer, Eddrel Walters, Dawn Spears, 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren survive. Due to current COVID-19 recommendations, masks are required. The public is kindly requested to provide their own. Social distancing is strongly encouraged. No food permitted at this time. Visitation hours with family are scheduled from 10:00 Am to 1:00 PM Saturday, February 27, 2021 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A private family gathering is scheduled for a later date.
