Tatum Shay Baker-Berner, 5 days, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 in I.U. Health-Riley Hospital for Children. He was born November 14, 2018 in Warsaw, IN to Tyler Berner and Madeline Abshire. Survivors include his parents Tyler Berner and Madeline Abshire of Warsaw, a sister Marley Abshire, of Warsaw, maternal grandparents Bridger Abshire of Syracuse and Joy Partlow-Fairchild of Elkhart and paternal grandparents Jim (spouse Sharon) Berner of Pierceton. Tatum was preceded by his maternal grandmother Theresa Hodges Services will be held at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is assisting the family with arrangements.
