Suzanne Rhoades

Suzanne Rhoades, 84, of Warsaw, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at The Waters of Columbia City, previously at Grace Village.

Suzanne was born on June 10, 1939 in Aurora, Illinois to Dr. Lyle and Charlestine (Condo) Willits.

She attended Warsaw Community High School class of 1957.

She spent most of her life in Warsaw, and was a former Multi Township employee. She worked for Kosciusko Home Health Care and Hospice and KCH in OB as a CNA for 16 years. She was the co-owner of Casual Spot in Warsaw. Suzanne was a member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church as well as The American Legion Auxiliary. She was also in charge of Life Line Control, putting them all up in Kosciusko County. She loved boating on Wawasee and Winona Lakes.

Suzanne will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Stacy (C.L.) Boggs of Columbia City; sons Jeff Rhoades of Fort Wayne and Chris (Kathy) Rhoades of Warsaw and 12 grandchildren 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her parents, a daughter Lisa Kane, her brother Bob Willits, and the father of her children William L. Rhoades.

A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held at a later date.
