Susie Parker

Susie J. Parker, 77, of Tell City, Indiana passed away on December 24, 2018 at 11:20 am in Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born on July 13, 1941 in Monterey, Indiana to Donald and Irma (Hay) Chapman. On August 31, 1959 in Monterey she was united in marriage to Larry Dean Parker, who preceded her in death. A Tell City resident for 45 years she worked at Coast to Coast Hardware as a Clerk. She was a graduate of Monterey School System in the Class of 1959. She was a member of the F.O.P. in Jasper, Indiana. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Jan Miller of Warsaw; brothers-in-law, Jerry (and spouse Pat) Parker of Surprise, AZ and Robert (and spouse Glenda) Parker of Fenton, MI, her father-in-law Orval Coby of Leesburg and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband and son Larry Dean “Punky” Parker II. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 1:30 pm in Riverside Memorial Cemetery in Monterey, IN. Pastor Jeff Seger will officiate.
