Sue E. (Halterman) Tillman, 75, of 8883 S 600 W Claypool, Indiana 46510, died on 2/22/2009 at 12:45 AM at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, IN. She was born on June 20, 1933 in Noblesville, IN. Sue's parents were the late Rex Ray and Ruby Alice (Newcomb) Halterman. Growing up in Fulton County, she married Robert A. Tillman (he survives) in Tiosa, IN on July 26, 1952.She has lived in Kosciusko County since 1969.She was a member of the Fort Wayne Ladies Auxiliary Of The Fleet Reserve Association Branch #348(LA FRA) (Robert Retired from the US Navy). Attended the Apostolic Gospel Church and Touch of Life Church both of Warsaw. Sue was a housewife and worked for Murphy Medical as a secretary in the lab.Sue is survived by her Husband,Robert Daughters: Janet Wright and Cheryl Reeser, Claypool,IN.Sons: Larry Tillman, Huntington, IN; Lanny Tillman,Rochester,IN; Ira Craig Tillman, Plymouth,IN; Bruce (Charlene) Tillman, Warsaw. Brothers: George (Marilyn) Halterman, Rochester,IN; Ned (Jane) Halterman, Rochester. Sister: Judy Jones, Rochester. Step brothers: Robert (Shirley) Tobey, Rochester, Tom Tobey, Indianapolis, IN. 23 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, 3 grandchildren: Bobby Tillman II, Jamey Tillman and Lisa Tillman, Son-n-law Garry and a daughter-n-law Rhonda.The service will be officated by Pastors JC Sparks and John Reid. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on Wednesday February 25, 2009 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be 4-8 pm and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday February 24, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery - Warsaw, IN. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
