Steven R. Reisinger

Steven R. Reisinger, 66 of Claypool, Indiana passed away January 28, 2016 at 3:42 PM at his residence. He was born September 11, 1949 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Leonard and Donna (Cline) Reisinger. He had lived in Claypool for the last 9 years. He was the former owner of Corvette Nationals, owner of Horsepower Marketing and had been a marketing manager and used car manager at several Chevrolet Dealerships. Since 2006 he was a member of the Indiana Patriot Guard where he served as a Ride Captain. He was most proud of standing on the Flag Line. He is survived by his wife, Gerri Lee of Claypool and children, Kerri Smothermon of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Nick (and spouse Theresa) Reisinger of Fishers, Indiana, Christy Reisinger of Westfield, Indiana Jamie Pettygrove, Fishers, Indiana and Rebecca (and spouse Matthew) Swafford, Claypool, Indiana. He is also survived by a sister Susie (and spouse Dave) Buckles Fort Wayne, Indiana his mother Donna Reisinger of Fort Wayne, Indiana and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Lizzie Lora, a brother Rollie Reisinger, his father Leonard Reisinger and a grandson, Bentley. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw with Chaplain Pat Brase Officiating. Visitation will be at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw, Indiana on Tuesday February 2, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 Pm and 1 hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be private.
