Stephen Hurst

Stephen Craig Hurst was born October 4, 1944 to Florence Morehead. He is survived by his two siblings, Cindy Brown and Robert Hurst; his three children, Michael McDonald, Sheryl Hurst Jones, son-in-law Stephen Jones and Shannon Hurst; and six grandchildren, Aubrey Grim, Jessica McDonald, Payton Walker, Kendall McDonald, Kierstyn Jones and Darien Hurst.

Stephen Hurst worked at Delphi in Anderson, IN prior to his retirement and then went on to drive for Hillcroft in Muncie, IN. Stephen was a hardworking man, a loving husband, and an amazing father and grandfather. He was a silent and thoughtful man throughout his life, but if you could get past his furrowed brows, you would see a deeply sensitive, caring, thoughtful, loving man.

Toward the end of Stephen’s life, he liked peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, animal planet, and talking about Yahweh. He will be missed by his loved ones.

Stephen and Mary Ann Hurst will eventually find their way to the OHIO river (per their request) where they plan on ”traveling the world together.”
