Sharon Kay Stahly, 77, of Warsaw, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Her warm heart and helping hands left a lasting impact on us all. Born on April 17, 1942 in Frankfort, IN to Harold and Geneva Stewart, she is survived by siblings, Milton Stewart, Cheryl Stewart Lushe, Tara Evans (Allen), and children, Duane Davis, Greg Davis, Jennifer Lease (Davis), and Dale Davis. Sharon is also survived by step children, Shelly Aker (Stahly) and Jason Stahly, 13 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by former husband, Alvin Davis, and stepson, Mike Stahly. Sharon spent over 25 years as Preliminary Department Secretary at RR Donnelley where she met the love of her life, James Stahly. They spent 31 wonderful years together. Family meant the world to Sharon and was where she found her happiness. She would be the first to give away her newest purchase or favorite gadget to her loved one that needed it the most. Without fail, everyone left her home with more than they had come. When she wasnt caring for family and friends, she was delivering meals for Kosciusko Community Senior Services and donating 150+ pints of blood to the Red Cross. Sharon knew no stranger and would truly do anything for anyone. Her Yorkie pups were spoiled like children. A fierce card and board game player, she gave everything 110%. Gardening and gathering floral bouquets brought a smile to her face. She ran circles around those that were younger and more able-bodied; nothing slowed her down. Traversing the Grand Canyon was one of her latest feats. At any moment, she’d rather be exploring the wonders of nature than spending time straightening up indoors. With the most kind and generous heart, she is leaving behind family and friends that will miss her eternally. Her natural generosity was beyond compare. We believe that she would wish her kindness to inspire others to give of themselves for the benefit of their neighbor. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 pm. on Tuesday, March 3 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Her funeral service will take place on Wednesday, March 4 at 1pm. Pastor Dereck Fields, will be officiating the service. Sharon will be laid to rest in Leesburg Cemetery. Memorials may be made to: Kosciusko Community Senior Services 800 N. Park Ave. Warsaw Indiana 46580
