Scott E. Ambrose

Scott E. Ambrose, 56 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 9:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2014 in his residence. On February 14, 1958, he was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Forest and Rebecca (Brunson) Ambrose. He was united in marriage to Connie Penn on September 4, 2004 in Columbia City, who survives. Scott grew up in Whitley County, and then he moved to Kosciusko County twelve years ago. He was a retired laborer who worked for Superior Wood Products, Warsaw. He enjoyed camping, traveling and building things. He was a master builder who built a lot of his own furniture and made cabinets. He loved his grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them. He is survived by his wife, Connie Ambrose, Warsaw; three daughters, Stefanie and Megan and Angela Miller, Warsaw; two sons, Corry and Bryan Miller, both of Warsaw, five grandchildren, Callie Stephens, Angel Leavitt, David Miller, Adam Miller and Lucy Miller all of Warsaw; his sister, Vicki (and spouse Ron) Harness, Columbia City; two brothers, Dennis Ambrose, Kosciusko County and Matthew Ambrose, Columbia City and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, and his brother, Kelly Ambrose. A memorial service will be at 6:00 pm, Sunday, February 23, 2014 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. There is no visitation hours planned.
