Sandra “Sandie” Lynn Prater

Sandra “Sandie” Lynn Prater, age 51, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 2:23 PM in her residence. She was born on October 22, 1967 in Lima, Ohio to James Carl and Zella Sue (Hatfield) Wright. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. On February 15, 1986 she was united in marriage to Scott Prater in the Pierceton area. Sandie loved her family dearly and cherished the time she was able to spend with her husband, children, and grand-children. She enjoyed the summer weather and soaking up the sun. She also had a good time making trips to the Casino. More than anything she took care of her family and was loved and cherished by many. She is survived by her husband; Scott Prater of Warsaw, daughters; Stefanie (Kurt) Kralis of Pierceton, Brittanie Prater of Pierceton, grandchildren; Landon Kralis and Brodie Slusher; and a sister; Linda Scheuer of TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and a sister; Tammy McGannon. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton with two hours of visitation prior to the service from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Pastor Dave Weller with officiate the Memorial Service. Interment will private.
