Sandra L. Hamilton

Sandra L. Hamilton, 79 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Saturday May 28, 2016 at 6:48 a.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born May 8, 1937 to John B. and Alice (Budka) Hinchy in North Judson, Indiana. She was united in marriage on July 21, 1979 to William Hamilton in Plymouth, Indiana. She retired form Penguin Point Catering, Warsaw, Indiana. Sandra was a Cubs Baseball fan and also enjoyed going to Casinos and most of all her family and all of her grand and great grandchildren. Sandra is survived by her daughters Rochella (and spouse Stephen) Ransom of North Judson, Indiana, Dawn (and spouse Roger) Ransbottom and Cathy (and spouse David) Rapp both of Warsaw, Indiana; a sister, Joan (and spouse Donald “Don”)Young of Burbank, Illinois; a sister in law, Betty Hinchy of Rockville, Indiana; 12 grandchildren Chrissy, Cheyenne & Justin, Sarah & Bradley, Karrin, David & Lindsay, Tyvan & Nicolette, LauraBeth & Sterling, Daren & Rachel, Alan, Brycelyn, Mackenzie and Maxwell and 14 great grandchild, Jordan, Jake, Jenna, Ezra, Kylie, Mia, Presley, Chloe, Jayda, Jaycee, Canton, Colt, Scarlett,Oaklee and Marshall. She is preceded in death by her by her parents, 3 brothers, 1 sister, a son and her husband, William “Bill” Hamilton. A funeral service will be held on Thursday June 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana with Pastor Wes Radtke officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana. A viewing will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana. The family is requesting that the memorial contributions be made to Lutheran Children’s Hospital of Lutheran Hospital, 7950 W. Jefferson Blvd #3, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804
