Sandra L. Fiedeke

Sandra L. Fiedeke, 54 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 8:26 pm, Friday, May 18, 2012 in her residence. On June 10, 1957, Sandra was born in LaPorte, Indiana to Russell and Louise (Barth) Sponseller. She married Steve Fiedeke on February 14th, 1991 in Goshen, Indiana. Sandra graduated from Warsaw High School in 1975. She was involved in finance banking and was Monroe Township Trustee since 1999. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, Warsaw as well as Lambda Chi Omega Philanthropic Sorority. She was a past member of the Tippecanoe Country Club, a member of several banking associations and a board member at Kosciusko Community Hospital and Multi Township EMS. Sandra is survived by her husband, Steve Fiedeke, Pierceton; four children, Lawrence “J.R.” (and spouse Emily) Manuel, Evansville, Cassandra “Cassie” (and spouse Kale) Elkins, Warsaw, Todd (and spouse Sue) Fiedeke, Syracuse and Troy (and spouse Hope) Fiedeke, Syracuse; mother, Louise Sponseller, Leesburg; one brother, Russell (and spouse Karen) Sponseller Jr., Ossian; five sisters, Carolyn Sue (and spouse Harry) Wittig, Pierceton, Diana Kay Allen, Leesburg, Peggy (and spouse Ronald) Campbell, Warsaw, Janet (and spouse Kevin) Kinney, Leesburg and Jo Ellen (and spouse Troy) Dirck, Warsaw and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, first husband, Larry Wayne Manuel and a sister Patricia Ann Holle. A funeral service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Reverend Andy Campbell officiating. Burial will be at South Whitley Cemetery, South Whitley, Indiana. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the funeral chapel.
