A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 3-6:00 pm at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana.  Please join the family in honoring her and sharing wonderful memories.

Sharon S. Sanders, 82, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully at her granddaughter's home in Silver Lake on Monday March 23, 2026.

Born on August 6,1943, in Warsaw, she was the daughter of Homer and Eldora Stroud.

Sharon went on after high school and graduated from college with a Business Degree. She was the proud owner of Bodkin Abstract Company for many years.

She was united in marriage to Robert G. Sanders on March 28, 1981, in Warsaw.

Sharon was a member of the Altrusa Club here in Warsaw for many years, helping in all areas of the community with fundraising, local service projects, and international projects. She enjoyed going to Chapman Lake, spending time with family and friends. She also loved a good game of golf and playing cards.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son David (Sherri) Hile of Leesburg, daughter Jennifer (Danny) Jones of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Ashley (Arron) Trusty, Eric (Gina) Hile, Kameron (Shelby) Hile, and Chelsea (Craig) Gochenour, Brittany (James) McKinney, Kimberly (Brycen) Napier, Kennedy (Madison) Osborn, and several great grandchildren.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, and her son Mark Hile (2023).

Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Kosciusko County Cancer Fund, C/O K-21 Health Foundation, 1101 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN 46590.
