Ruby R. Drane

Ruby Ruth Drane, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Friday, January 3, 2014 at 3:10 PM in Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw. She was born October 2, 1916 in Warsaw, IN to Samuel LeRoy and Lizzy Ellen (Foreman) Evans. She was a lifetime Warsaw, IN resident. The Westminster Hotel of Winona Lake, IN and the Warsaw Dry Cleaners and Laundry formerly employed her. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, Warsaw. Survivors include sons Ronald D. (spouse Gloria) Carper of Noxon, MT and Jerry D. (spouse Mary Lou) Carper of Indianapolis, IN: a daughter Linda (spouse William) Brigham of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers Earl Evans and Ralph Evans of Warsaw, IN; sisters Lillian Lozier, Mary Beth (spouse John) Camden and Thelma Boyer all of Warsaw, IN; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 1:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday. Interment will be private in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Chaplain Bob Jarboe will officiate the services.
