Ruby Alice Hossler

Ruby Alice Hossler, age 89, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 5, 2013 in Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation. She was born November 20, 1923 in Pierceton, IN to Alfred and Ethel (Gripe) Kyler. She was a lifetime Kosciusko County, IN resident and a graduate of Sidney High School Class of 1942. On February 2, 1946 she was united in marriage to Kenneth William Hossler who preceded her October 30, 2000. She was employed at Whitko Schools as a Secretary from 1963 to 1989 and she was Wal-Mart of Warsaw from 1989 to 2008 as a greeter. She was a member of the V.F.W. Women’s Auxiliary, a Poll Worker in Sidney, IN, and a member of the Christian Congregational Church of North Manchester, IN. Survivors include a son Hal Hossler of Warsaw, IN and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, a daughter Kathy Renee Hossler March 25, 1955, brothers Merl and Max Kyler and a sister Ruth Imler preceded her. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 8, 2013 at 1:00 PM at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton. Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in South Whitley Cemetery. Pastor J. P. Freeman will officiate the services.
