Ronald E. Yeater, age 69, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Monday, May 5, 2014 at 5:20 PM in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born January 19, 1945 in South Bend, IN to Cloyce E. and Margaret (Young) Yeater. He was a lifetime Warsaw, IN resident. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army from 1963 to 1966 as a Specialist (4) during the Vietnam Conflict. On October 24, 1966 in Pierceton, IN he was united in marriage to Charlotte A. Breedlove. He retired from Kimbell Glass of Warsaw as a Set-Up Man in 2002 after 34 years of service. He was a lifetime member of American Legion Post #49, Warsaw and the Warsaw Moose Lodge. An avid golfer, he was a member of the Mens Senior League at Little Big Horn Golf Course, Warsaw. Survivors include his wife Charlotte Yeater of Warsaw, IN; children Angie (spouse Jeff) Howard of Martin, KY and David (spouse Dawn) McDonald of Warsaw, IN; mother Margaret Yeater of Fenton, MI; brother Dan (spouse Cindy) Yeater of Byron, MI; sister Janice Ritter of Fenton, MI; 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. His father and son Rodney McDonald preceded him. Calling hours are scheduled from 3:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday May 8, 2014 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Funeral Chapel with Pastor Rob Vance officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw with Military Rites conducted by American Legion Post #49, V.F.W Post #1126 and the Indiana Army Reserve National Guard.
