Randy J. Oglesbee

Randy J. Oglesbee, 53 of North Webster, Indiana, died on October 29, 2011 at 4:41 pm in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on February 28, 1958 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Joseph Oglesbee Jr. and Geraldine Fern Hines. He was employed at Maple Leaf Farms Hatchery in Cromwell, Indiana. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his bike and always making everyone laugh. On June 2, 2000, he married Monica Pike at The Rock Church in Cromwell, Indiana. Surviving him are his wife, Monica (Pike) Oglesbee, 1 brother, John (and spouse Tiffany) Oglesbee, 5 sisters, Geri Grigsby; Bridget (and spouse Al) Bontrager; Vickie (and spouse Ted) Rooney; Jodi (and spouse Joe) Koss and Cindy Davis. Also surviving are his children; 5 sons, Joe (and Wendy) Oglesbee; Vicente Vasquez; Jared, Lucas and Nathan Oglesbee, 4 daughters, Brandi (and spouse Eric) Helton; Billie Oglesbee; Mary (and spouse Silver) Delgado and Peyton Vasquez. 1 goddaughter, Emily Witham. He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Mary Spore. He served in the U.S. Army from 1975 - 1977. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the Bourbon Pentecostal Church, Bourbon with Pastor Mark Cottrill officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00 pm, Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Bourbon Pentecostal Church, Bourbon. Memorial contributions may be made to his wife, Monica Oglesbee.
