Perry Ray Rogers

Perry Ray Rogers, 69 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 3:27 pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 in his residence. On September 11, 1945, he was born in Floyd County, Kentucky to Hatler and Edna (Parsons) Rogers. He was united in marriage to Wonda Lou Hamilton in Warsaw, Indiana on January 30, 1967. He worked for Dalton Foundry for 33 years. Perry Ray is survived by his wife, Wonda Rogers, Warsaw; one son, Rick Rogers and spouse (Melinda), Warsaw; one daughter, Candi Kintzel and spouse (Chuck), Warsaw; Five grandchildren, Rj Rogers and spouse (Chrissy), Jessica Kintzel, Byran Rogers and spouse (Kayla P.), Kayla Rogers and Bruce Lee Kintzel; one brother, Willard Rogers, Kentucky; four sisters, Alice Fay “B.I.” Hall, Kentucky, Ruby Shell, Kentucky, Emma Jean Hall, Kentucky and Linda K. Hall, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Hatler Rogers, his mother Edna Rogers and two brothers and two sisters, Willa M. “Sissi” Rogers, Willie Gene “Bud” Rogers, Roy Rogers, Avanell Rogers. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, December 27, 2014 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor Terry Bradford officiating. Burial will follow the service in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 6:00 -8:00 pm Friday, December 26, 2014 and also 11:00 – 1:00 pm Saturday, December 27, 2014 in the funeral chapel.
