Penny R. Linn

Penny R. Linn, 50 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away at 8:20 pm Wednesday, August 7, 2013 in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City, Indiana. On August 4, 1963, she was born to Paul and Pat (Lightfoot) Johnston in Warsaw, Indiana. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. Penny was employed at DePuy until 2010 and then she was currently employed with Zimmer Inc. as an Assistant of Regulatory Affairs. She attended New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw and had been involved with The Boy Scouts of America for over twenty years. Penny enjoyed bowling and was in a bowling league with her fellow Zimmer colleagues. Penny is survived by two sons, Timothy Milo Linn and Tyler Scott Linn both of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Karmon Ray Linn, Pierceton and Aiden Scott Linn, South Whitley; parents, Paul and Pat Johnston, Warsaw; one sister, Pamela (and spouse Jeff) Grames, Norwalk, Ohio and her niece and nephew, Victoria and Keagan Grames, Norwalk, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton, Indiana with Pastor Ed Gebert officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation hours will from 12:00 - 2:00 and 3:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the Pierceton funeral chapel. Memorial contributions are to be made to Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund, C/o K21 Health Foundation, 2170 North Pointe Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582.
