Pauline Snyder, age 81, of Pierceton, IN passed away Friday August 17, 2012 at 2:15 AM in Hospice Home of Fort Wayne, IN. She was born November 11, 1930 in Fort Wayne, IN to Fred Carl and Victoria (Wojciechowski) Branning. She was Pierceton, IN resident since 2006 and was formerly of Ft. Wayne, IN. She was united in marriage to Clifford Snyder. She was formerly employed by Halls Bakery of Fort Wayne, IN and served in Hotel Services in Las Vegas, NV. She was a member of the Pierceton American Legion Post #258 Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband Clifford Snyder of Warsaw, IN; daughters Bonnie (spouse George) Pollitt of Columbia City, IN, Laura (spouse Robert) VanHolten of Las Vegas, NV, Rose (spouse Jack) Dubs of Churubusco, IN, Jennie Leslie of Fort Wayne, IN, Paula Wertenberger of Pierceton, IN and Mary (spouse Carl) Brown of Ft. Wayne, IN; sons David Perkins of Columbia City, IN and James Perkins, Jr., Eugene Perkins and Bobby Joe Perkins all of Fort Wayne, IN; sisters Mildred Hart of Fort Wayne, IN and Ruth (spouse Ken) Mote of Fort Wayne, IN; brother George (spouse Nancy) Branning of Fort Wayne, IN; 23 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; best friend Amy Phuong of Ossian, IN and her constant companion dog Oliver. A daughter Cynthia Stryker and son-in-law Denny Wertenberger preceded her. Calling hours are scheduled for 11:00 am to 2:00 PM on Saturday August 18, 2012 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Pierceton, IN. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM with interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery Pierceton, IN
