Paul Evans

Paul Evans, formerly of Warsaw, Indiana, age 64, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 6:15 PM in Life Care Center of Fort Wayne. He was born August 14, 1954 in San Bernardino, CA to Melville Clifton and Etta Francis (Umel) Evans. He was united in marriage to V. Elaine Cook in Warsaw on on April 5, 1986. She passed away July 9, 2011. At his request, no services are planned. Interment will be with his wife, Elaine, in Cooks Chapel Cemetery, Warsaw. Arrangements are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
