Paul D. Risner

Paul D. Risner, 60 of Silver Lake, Indiana passed away Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11:10 a.m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on September 11, 1953 to Willie and Helen (Adams) Risner in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was a lifetime resident of Silver Lake, Indiana. He was united in marriage to Irene Prater on June 28, 1973 in Wise Virginia. He retired from Dalton Foundry after 30 years. He attended Pentecostal Lighthouse Church in Warsaw. Paul was a simple man who loved being with his wife, his two daughters and his grandchildren. He also enjoyed the outdoors. Paul is survived by his wife, Irene Risner of Silver Lake, Indiana; two daughters, Martha (and spouse Darrin) Walther of Claypool, Indiana and Jessica (and spouse Corey) Leasure of Silver Lake; His brothers and sisters, James (and spouse Barb) Risner of Warsaw, Joe (and spouse Billie) Risner of Akron, Indiana, Danny (and spouse Donna) Risner of Warsaw, Drema (and spouse Todd) Montgomery of Burket, Indiana and Debbie Risner of Lapaz, Indiana; Five grandchildren, Alyssa Walther of Claypool, Paul and Peyton Leasure both of Silver Lake, Keri Leasure of Warsaw and Austin Leasure of Mentone, Indiana and his mother Helen Reynolds of Plymouth, Indiana.He is preceded in death by his father and a niece. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services are on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Glenn Hall (Harvest Community Church, Pierceton) will officiate the services.
