Orville Spears

Orville Spears, 65, of 7028 E. Heritage Drive Pierceton, Indiana, died on 4/12/2009 at 1:45 pm at His residence. He was born on October 17, 1943 in Emma, Kentucky. Orville was born to Thomas and Mallie Spears. He was a Kosciusko County, Indiana resident for 47 years. He was united in marriage to Tealie Flanery in Claypool, Indiana on February 23, 1962. Tealie preceded Orville on October 15, 2007. In addition, Orville was preceded by two brothers, one sister and one grandchild. Orville was a former employee of the Gatke Corporation of Warsaw, Indiana for 18 years and retired from Depuy, Incorporated of Warsaw, Indiana after 20 years where he served as a Machine Operator. He was member of Victory Christian Center, Warsaw, Indiana. Orville is survived by his loving family, including: a daughter-Emily Sue Robinson of Pierceton, Indiana, two sons-Orville Dion ( and spouse Susan) Spears-Lewisville, Texas and Rocco Colovito (and spouse Jean) Spears-Pierceton, Indiana. Furthermore, Orville is survived by four brothers, Reverend Roy Burkhart-Wabash, Indiana, Donald “Jake” Burkhart-Warsaw, Indiana, Reverend Chad Burkhart and Sam Burkhart both of Claypool, Indiana. Reverend Chad Burkhart will officate his brother's services. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, Indiana on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 2:00 PM. Calling hours will be 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery - Claypool, Indiana.
