Orville L. Wood, 86, of Kissimmee, Florida, died on 2/13/2009 at 12:10pm at The Palms @ Parkplace Nursing Home, Kissimmee, Fl. He was born on December 26, 1922 in Tippecanoe, Indiana. He is survived by his Wife-Mamie Lucille Wood, Kissimmee, FloridaDaughter-Carol and husband Wayne Fryer, Kissimmee,Florida Brother-Floyd”Doc”Wood, Warsaw, IndianaSeveral Nieces and NephewsPreceded in death by 10 brothers, 4 sisters and 1 son, Mark Wood Orville owned Woodies Donut Shop in Warsaw from 1960-1964. He served in the United States Navy and was on the USS Slusser in Pearl Harbor. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on February 19, 2009 at 10:00am. Calling hours will be 4-7 at the funeral chapel on February 18, 2009. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery - Warsaw, IN. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
