Nancy Sue Woods

Nancy Sue Woods, age 78, of South Whitley, Indiana passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 3:30 AM in her residence. She was born July 23, 1940 in Hite, KY to Lacy and Pauline (Shepherd) Dingus. Nancy was formerly employed by Sun Metal of Warsaw, Peabody ABC on North Manchester and Chamberlin Products of South Whitley. Survivors include daughters Joetta (spouse Joe) Jenkins of South Whitley and Glenna (spouse Pete) Castillo of Pierceton, sisters Pat Minnix of Pierceton, Hester Dingus and Willa Fay Dingus both of Pierceton, brothers Danny Dingus of South Whitley and Mitchell Dingus of New Concord, OH, grandchildren Gerin Brumbaugh of South Whitley, Kelly Rockebaugh of Albion, Christian Castillo of Warsaw and Connor and Chase Castillo of Pierceton and one great granddaughter. She was preceded by siblings Juanita Howard, Bill Howard, James Dingus, Bruce Dingus and Phillip Dingus; and a grand daughter, Jamie Conn. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Booneville Cemetery, Whitley County with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton is entrusted with services.
