Nancy C. Nellans

Nancy C. Nellans, age 68, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away June 11, 2013 at 10:30 AM in Warsaw Meadows. She was born April 1, 1945 in Warsaw to Adrian and Mary (Taylor) Coplen. She was a 1963 graduate of Warsaw High School, received a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education from Purdue University 1967 and Masters Degree in Psychology 1968. She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She taught in Honolulu, HI and Arizona. In addition she was employed in Washington, DC, Arlington, VA, where she also owned a Hardware Store and Warsaw, IN. She returned to the Warsaw area in 1993. She was a licensed Pilot and an avid dog lover. Sisters Martha (spouse Jim) Krema of Lombard, IL and Sally (spouse Jerry) Hogan of Warsaw, IN and a brother Dan (spouse Jane) Coplen of Warsaw, IN survive her. Furthermore, several nieces and nephews survive. Private services are scheduled. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
