Mikel D. Neer

Mikel Neer, age 56, of Leesburg, IN passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 6:30 PM in North Webster, IN. He was born to Richard D. and Phyllis Jean (Grubbs) Neer in Columbia City, IN August 21, 1959. Mikel was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. He is survived by brothers Giles (spouse Jennifer) Neer of Akron, IN and Chris (spouse Gamze) Neer of Leesburg, IN and seven nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him.
