Michael R. Prater

Michael R. Prater, 61, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on Monday August 20, 2018 at 9:59 p.m. at Mason Health & Rehabilitation Center, Warsaw. He was born on June 11, 1957 to William J. and Wilma Lou (Kindig) Prater in Germany. He was a Security Guard working for numerous Companies in Kosciusko County. Michael is survived by his son, Stephen Prater and a sister, Kathy Prater of Warsaw. He is preceded by his parents. There will no visitation. A private Graveside Service will take place at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. The family is requesting that memorial contribution be made to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Ct., Warsaw, IN., 46580 for expenses.
