Michael Petro

Michael L. Petro, age 70, of Leesburg, IN passed away June 23, 2012 at 9:50 AM in his residence. He was born April 25, 1942 in Columbus, IN to Estle and Alline (Burgett) Petro. He resided in Kosciusko County since 2004 and was formerly of Fishers, IN. He retired from Davidson’s Industries of Fishers as a Salesman in Building Materials. He was a member of North Webster American Legion Post #252 and Fishers American Legion Post #470 where he was a Past Commander. Michael faithfully served his country in the United States Army as Specialist 4 (T) from 1966 to 1968 in the Vietnam Conflict. Michael is survived a son Mark (spouse Melissa) Petro and a daughter Megan (spouse Troy) Reust both of Fishers, IN. In addition, grandchildren Jacob, Alline and Andrew Petro and Lucas and Zackery Reust also survive. A memorial gathering will be held Thursday June 28, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Fishers American Legion Post #470 9091 E. 126th St. Fishers, IN 46038. Interment services will be privately held.
