Maxine E. Johnson

Maxine E. Johnson, age  98, of Warsaw, IN passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 10:10 PM in Warsaw, IN. Maxine was born on November 25th, 1921 in Ft Wayne to Russel and Ruth (Stuckey) Rhoades. She was united in marriage to Bob Guy Johnson on July 9th, 1941 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. During her life she was a homemaker as well as a member of the North Winona Church of the Brethren, Warsaw. Maxine was an avid animal lover. She loved her family dearly. Maxine is survived by her children; Randall Johnson of Warsaw, Rita (Bill) Irwin of Warsaw, Mona (Bill) Pifer of Warsaw, Diedre Lehmann of Fort Wayne, Grandchildren; Martin (Allison) Lehmann, Tim (Pam) Vanderlinden, Joe (Amy) Irwin, Dustin Pifer, Great Grandchildren; Hollie (Landon) Hawks, Jodie (Aaron) Gingerich, Jacob (Andrea) Semonis, Ashley Irwin, Gavin (Allison) Lehmann, Grant (Haley) Lehmann, Gracie Lehmann, Gwenna Lehmann, Great Great Grandchildren; Beckham Hawks and Ariana Lehmann. She was preceded in death by her husband, and 4 brothers. The Funeral Service and interment will be private. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel is entrusted with all arrangements. Due to current COVID-19 recommendations, masks are required.  The public is kindly requested to provide their own. Social distancing is strongly encouraged.
