Matthew Benjamin Clemens, Stillborn, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 12:49 pm Sunday, October 26, 2014 in DuPont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. On October 26, 2014 he was born in Fort Wayne to Adam M. and Megan L. (Beck) Clemens. He is survived by his parents, a twin brother, Parker and two sisters, Alli and Caroline at home; maternal grandparents, Gary and Jackie Beck, North Manchester and paternal grandparents, George and Mary Clemens, Warsaw. Private services will be held with Marcus Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Memorial contributions may be made to K.C.
