Mary E. Mulvaney Thurm

Mary E. Mulvaney Thurm, 91 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 5:12 am March 20, 2013 in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. On January 31, 1922, she was born in Peoria, Illinois to Walter E. and Elizabeth Hazel (Day) Mulvaney. She lived most of her life in Peoria until moving to Warsaw in April of 2007. Mary worked as a receptionist for Proctor Hospital, Peoria, Illinois. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Pekin, Illinois and was also a member of Women of the Moose Lodge, Pekin, Illinois and the Westinghouse Choir. She is survived by three children, Walter E. (and Joanne) Fetgatter, Lt. Commander Retired, Ramona, California, Mary E. Fetgatter (and Edward) Graves, Warsaw and Daniel L. (and Karen) Fetgatter, Pontiac, Illinois; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by three husbands, Daniel Fetgatter, Donald McKown and Miles Thurm and three brothers. There are no services or visitation planned. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Elmwood, Illinois, at a later date. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
