Martha Lair

Martha Lair, age 50, of Winona Lake, Indiana passed away October 1, 2011 at 2:50 PM in her residence.She was born July 26, 1961 in Marietta, GA to Albert Jerome and Virginia Francis (Lantrip) Blasingame. Martha was a Kosciusko County, IN resident since 2006. On June 3, 2000 in Fort Worth, TX she was united in marriage to Mark Lair. She held several office Administrative positions throughout her working career. She was a member of New Life Christian Church and World Outreach where she sang with the Praise and Worship Team. In addition, she was a former member of the Symphony of the Lakes. Martha graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Music and Music Education. Survivors include her husband Mark Lair of Winona Lake, IN; stepdaughters Sarah Lair of Mansfield, TX’ Caitlin (spouse Anthony) Irvine of Winona Lake, IN; stepson Christopher Lair of Mansfield, TX; sisters Mary (spouse Don) Skelton and Myra (spouse Victor) Perry both of Ft. Worth, TX and Susan Kurfees of Punta Gorda, FL. Services are scheduled for Thursday October 6, 2011 at 1:00 PM in New life Christian Church and World Outreach Warsaw, IN. Pastor John B. Lowe, II will officiate the service. Interment will be in Kemp Cemetery Kemp, TX. No calling hours are scheduled. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN is in charge of arrangements.
