Marjorie Pauline Mitterling, age 94, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 7:30 AM in her residence. She was born in Elkhart, IN December 28, 1918 to William and Nellie (Garber) Petro. She was Warsaw High School Graduate and a graduate of the then Secretarial College of South Bend, IN. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Francis Mitterling, on October 8, 1938. Marge enjoyed playing golf and attending Home Economics Club with her many friends. She was a homemaker and a member of the Warsaw First Brethren Church for many years as she loved and served the Lord. She received great enjoyment spending time with her grandchildren and family. She is survived by her daughter Aleta (spouse Dale) Cross of Klamath Falls, OR; her son Alan (spouse Nancy) Mitterling of Warsaw, IN; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; as sister Margaret Like of Sebring, FL; 3 nieces and 4 nephews all of whom she loved dearly. Her husband Francis, her brother William Petro, Jr. and her sister Marie Fisher preceded her in death. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel. Pastor Howard Immel will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, IN.
