Margaret L. Reisert

Margaret L. Reisert, age 64, of Brownsburg, Indiana, formerly of Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. Margaret was born June 12, 1956 in Richmond, Indiana to Dr. Richard and Mary Jane (Gillard) McIlroy. She lived her earlier years in Illinois, starting school before moving to Warsaw.  She graduated in 1974 from Warsaw Community High School.  She loved education and learning.  She obtained a degree in Public Health and Environmental Science and continued her education to get a degree in Nursing. Margaret enjoyed many jobs throughout her lifetime, spending the last several years in the nursing profession. Margaret is survived by sons, Michael “Nic” Reisert of Seattle, WA, Scott Reisert, of Indianapolis, IN; sisters, Pat Smith of Terre Haute, IN, Kate (Jerry) Sainer of Houston, TX, Joan Parker (Dave Sloan) of Warsaw, IN; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents, stepmom, Elaine McIlroy, and one great niece, Allison Hescher. **Masks are required. The public is kindly requested to provide their own. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. The funeral service will follow immediately at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Rick Sprong officiating the service.
