Makayla Grace Stambaugh, stillborn of Warsaw, Indiana passed away at 10:29 pm Thursday, June 13, 2013 in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. On June 13, 2013, she was born to Jeremy Stambaugh and Bunny Summerland in Fort Wayne. Makayla is survived by her parents, Jeremy Stambaugh and Bunny Summerland, Warsaw; two brothers, Alexander Stambaugh and Andrew Wbarra both of Warsaw; two sisters, Summer Stambaugh, Burket and Melina Stambaugh, Warsaw; paternal grandparents, Dave and Tammy Swick, Bourbon and Bill and Jen Stambaugh; maternal grandparents, Mark and Connie Puckett, Warsaw; paternal great grandfather, Wayne Marshall, Warsaw and maternal great grandmother, Peggy Owens, Warsaw. Visitation hours will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Thursday, June 20, 2013 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, June 20, 2013 in Garden of Angels, Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana with Pastor William Whitaker officiating.
