Lora 'Jane' Frazier, 66, of 130 EMS C27 Lane Warsaw, Indiana, died on 12/13/2009 at 12:20 am at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on November 27, 1943 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Jane was born to Wille and Fairy Belle (Burchett) Collins. She was a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for over 48 years. On April 16, 1994 in Warsaw, Indiana she was united in marriage to Harold Frazier. Jane was formerly employed by Jomac, Incorporated of Warsaw, Indiana for 35 years. She was a member of Living Hope Ministries of Warsaw, Indiana. Jane is survived by her loving family including her husband Harold Frazier of Warsaw, Indiana; two sisters Jean Burchett and Ann Reffitt both of Warsaw, Indiana and one brother Kermit Collins also of Warsaw, Indiana. Funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Wayne Whitaker of Living Hope Ministries. Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw. Indiana on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 11:00 am. Calling hours will be 9:00 to 11:00 am (two hours prior to service) on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.
