Lois Jean 'Ginny' Davis

Lois Jean “Ginny” Davis,82 of Warsaw, IN, passed away Sunday January 8, 2012 at 7:33 AM in her residence. She was born May 20, 1929 in Warsaw, IN to F.B. and Gladys (Yenor) Light and was a lifetime Warsaw, IN resident. On October 26, 1946 she was united in marriage to Robert “Bob” Davis who preceded her. She was employed by Sun Metal, Inc of Warsaw as a wheel fabricator for 44 years retiring in 1996. In addition, Explorer Van of Warsaw employed her for 10 years retiring in 2006. She was a Graduate of Warsaw High School and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post #49 Warsaw, IN. Survivors include a son Michael (spouse Kelly) Davis of Warsaw, IN; a daughter Connie (spouse Dan) Pickett of Warsaw, IN; sisters Mary (spouse F.D.) Leake, Doris (spouse Donnie) Jones and Margaret (spouse Robie) Helton all of Warsaw, IN; a grandson Mike (spouse Jennie) Davis of Ohio; step- grandson Chris (spouse Katrina) Kiedel of Indianapolis, IN and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband a sister Gerry Folse and a brother Don Light preceded her. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday January 11, 2012 at 1:00 PM in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, IN. There will be no visitation.Chaplain Bob Jarboe will officiate the services.
