Lois A. Sullivan

Lois A. Sullivan, age 82 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 8:55 a.m. in her home. She was born June 19, 1937 to Louis Levi and Jennie (de Roos) Phillips in Chicago, IL. She married Richard Edwin “Cappy” Sullivan in November of 1962 in Chicago. She moved to Warsaw in 1991 with her husband Cappy. She was active in Special Olympics for many years in Chicago and Warsaw. She is survived by a daughter Martha Ann Sullivan, Warsaw, and a son, Brian Charles Sullivan and (Darrell Kozlowski) of Palos Heights, IL, She was preceded in death by husband Richard “Cappy” Sullivan on September 10, 2018. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw with Father Jonathan Norton officiating the Mass. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
